Getting help from Millions is easy. There are three ways main ways to contact Millions.

Via chat:

Click or tap the blue button on the bottom right of your screen. You'll be connected with the Millions team. We're usually around from 9:00am-9:00pm EST but oftentimes we'll be around quite late.

Via the Millions App:

Open the Millions App on your mobile device and tap the "?" icon on the top right. A member of the Millions team will help you out right away.

Via phone:

You can reach the Millions team via phone. Just call 866-331-8753 (it's the number on the back of your Millions Visa Card). We're reachable via phone:

Monday to Friday: 7am - Midnight ET

Saturday & Sunday: 8am - 8pm ET
